Viewing existing purchase order

Once you've placed orders you may wish to go back and look at them and even make changes and/or re-print.

miniMRP allows you to view, change and re-print any incomplete orders. The Goods receiving module explained later in this chapter allows you to receive partial deliveries from suppliers so it stands to reason that you'll need the ability to view incomplete orders to see what's outstanding.

To begin select "View Orders" from the Purchasing menu.

The window shown on the following page appears.
